Overview

Display Tune® is the perfect software utility to initially set-up and adjust your display to achieve its optimum performance. All adjustments are made through a simple graphical user interface.

The end user is guided, step-by-step, through the entire initial tuning process. The profile of each user can be saved, providing an easy way to select display characteristics in a multi-user environment, or, allow a single user to have multiple profiles based on content and ambient lighting.

Display Tune also has a provision for plug-in support which adds display management capabilities outside of the traditional OSD software replacement. These plug-ins provide support for:

• More accurate color representation
• Asset management display control and tracking within an enterprise network
• Theft deterrence to minimize the unauthorized removal or relocation of the display
• Zoning to highlight specific objects or windows on the desktop or within an application
• PIP control for external video-in solutions, auto pivot for automatic update to the display content when rotated between landscape and portrait modes
• Power savings mode to reduce energy and extend the life of the backlight
• Firmware flashing to future proof the display.

Plug-in support is based on the display firmware. To determine the feature set within a given display, visit the display manufacturer site for more details.
