Color is an important part of today's computing experience, especially for content being served over the Internet, like photo sharing, social media, and online shopping. This content is based on the sRGB color space. However, LCD displays can be close to sRGB without actually displaying the content's colors correctly. The traditional way to circumvent this issue costs the end user tens if not hundreds of dollars—by purchasing a hardware color calibrator.

Portrait Displays offers a solution without the need to purchase third-party hardware. Display Tune® Color is a visual calibration utility that provides a simple step-by-step process to calibrate the display to sRGB color.

Display Tune Color presents the user with a set of easy-to-use visual calibration tools to calibrate color ramps and display gamma based on the ambient light settings. This is accomplished through very accurate patterns for Red, Green, and Blue as well as algorithms to adjust the gamma based on the ambient light settings.

Display Tune Color provides a means to see all your content correctly. And, with the easy Wizard mode, if the ambient light changes you can easily go through the Wizard to reset the display. Images will appear more accurate after using Display Tune Color.
