Portrait Displays Announces Display Tune® On-Screen Display (OSD) Software on New Erae Electronics LCD Models

Portrait Displays, Inc., a global leader in visual enhancement software solutions for computer displays, today announced a strategic design win partnership for its Display Tune on-screen display (OSD) software technology with Erae Electronics. Display Tune will debut on the premium-line full-featured 17-inch and 19-inch Erae displays, including the ELM-700K, ELM-900K, and ELM910K.

Display Tune OSD technology allows end users to adjust their display settings, such as brightness, contrast, color calibration, and image positioning, with an easy-to-use software interface. By eliminating cumbersome hardware OSD buttons, this versatile software control expands the scope of display tuning and allows customization to each individual user profile. Display Tune, is a paradigm shift for the way the users interact with their display. For the first time, users have the power to customize the display characteristics at the click of a mouse.

Erae LCD displays feature a sleek buttonless design for user-friendly customized display tuning controlled by Display Tune software. Display Tune provides auto rotation Pivot® capability, asset management, power indicator on/off, and buzzer control on/off functions. Other value-added physical attributes are a double hinge and 8MS fast response panel. The select Erae monitors will be sold worldwide.
