Dolby Vision calibration issues when using LG B-series OLED TVs

Calman users calibrating Dolby Vision picture modes on affected LG B-Series TVs may encounter an issue where the screen turns completely green during calibration. This behavior was introduced with an LG webOS update from version 23.xx.xx to version 33.xx.xx. The issue occurs only when calibrating Dolby Vision picture modes.

Portrait Displays and LG are actively investigating the cause of this issue.

Workaround

At this time, there is no workaround available. Users who require Dolby Vision calibration on the affected models are advised to avoid installing the webOS 33.xx.xx update until a resolution is provided.
